Unrivaled Return-to-work (Occupational Rehabilitation) Program

Lake Hospital System Rehabilitation & Wellness offers work-conditioning/work-hardening programs, also known as Occupational
Rehabilitation. Our programs are certified by the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. What’s more, we are the exclusive CARF*-accredited comprehensive occupational rehabilitation provider in Lake and Geauga counties.

Since 1989, we have been dedicated to returning injured workers to a “work-ready” status. We attribute the 90% success rate of our cost-effective program to our experienced, ethical, interdisciplinary team of occupational health professionals.
