Lake Hospital System has been working to meet the health care needs of you and your family for generations. We have watched you mature, and we’ve grown right along with you. As your needs change, we respond with programs that match your lifestyle.

Some of the services we offer include free blood pressure screenings, osteoporosis screenings,  cardiac rehabilitation , and geriatric psychiatry.

In addition, we strive to keep you informed about health care issues that are important to you.

Lake Hospital system presents a new membership program just for seniors: The Senior Connection. FREE to everyone age 60 and over, the Senior Connection is designed to be fun and informative.
